Bacu keeps one feeding card per pet. You photograph or import a pet food package, confirm the lines read from it, set a daily portion, tick meals off across the day, record weights, and print a grouped chart. You are responsible for the figures you confirm. Read the package before you trust a line Bacu guessed.
Bacu converts cups, tablespoons, ounces, grams, cans, and pouches into daily grams and kilocalories. When a line cannot be converted, Bacu keeps the original wording and marks it for hand confirmation. Bacu never invents a missing cup weight and never rewrites what you typed.
Adding a pet, confirming package lines, setting portions, ticking meals, dictating notes, recording weights, running a food switch, and previewing a chart do not spend Scoops. Saving one chart to Photos spends 1 Scoop after the file writes. If the file does not save, the Scoop is returned. Saving the same chart again does not charge twice. Scoops are optional Apple consumable packs. There is no restore.
Log out returns you to the welcome screen and leaves pets on this iPhone. Deleting a pet keeps its feeding logs, weights, and saved charts, which stay marked as coming from a removed pet. Clear All Data asks twice and removes pets, logs, weights, bags, charts, the profile photo, and any remaining Scoops. That cannot be undone from the app.
Bacu is a home feeding log. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a diet or a dose. Body condition scores you enter are your own notes shown on the record, not an assessment.
